MG Lion Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1Eligibility & Age Requirements

The MG Lion platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, deposit funds, participate in betting or gaming, claim bonuses, or withdraw winnings. This is a hard requirement — it is not negotiable under any circumstances, and MG Lion actively enforces it.

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times you use the platform.
• You are registering voluntarily for your own personal entertainment — not on behalf of another person, and not under instruction from any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of MG Lion or any of its affiliated companies, software suppliers, or game providers.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on MG Lion or any related platform.
• Online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Players are responsible for determining the legality of using the platform in their location.
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and current.

2Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted exactly one account on MG Lion. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances across all related accounts. This policy exists to protect the fairness of the platform for all players.

When you register, you provide a mobile number and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. MG Lion will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If someone contacts you claiming to be MG Lion support and asks for your password, that contact is fraudulent — report it immediately.

• Account names must match your legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport. Pseudonyms are not permitted for verified accounts.
• You must update your contact information promptly if it changes. MG Lion is not responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact MG Lion support immediately.
• MG Lion may suspend or close accounts at its discretion if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, terms violation, or any activity harmful to the platform or other players.
• Account closure requested by the player will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance, after settlement of pending bets and applicable deductions, will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

3Bonuses & Promotions

MG Lion offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including — but not limited to — welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, referral bonuses, VIP Club rewards, and seasonal promotions around tournaments such as PSL. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each offer. Welcome bonuses are only available to players making their first deposit on a new, verified account.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real funds. When wagering, real funds are used first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Unless explicitly stated as "no-wagering," all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable real funds.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount (not deposit amount) unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The standard welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 20%. Sports bets must meet minimum odds of 1.50 to qualify. Specific game exclusions are listed in individual promotion pages.
• Referral bonuses — as detailed in the Refer a Friend section — are credited as withdrawable real funds with no wagering requirement, provided the referred friend's deposit is verified as genuine and not a duplicate or fraudulent account.
• MG Lion reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a bonus from an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any attempt to manipulate promotional terms.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of credit unless the promotion specifies a different period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All transactions on MG Lion are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. MG Lion supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. MG Lion does not charge processing fees on deposits. If a deposit fails due to a technical issue on the player's payment app, the player should contact their mobile banking provider. In all cases, you should contact MG Lion support with the transaction reference number and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit ("payment method matching" policy) to prevent money laundering.
• Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals complete within 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• MG Lion may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a threshold amount. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not indicate any problem with your account.
• Withdrawals of real funds (non-bonus) are not subject to any wagering requirement and are processed immediately upon request, subject to verification checks.
• MG Lion does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving financial institution are outside MG Lion's control.
• Multiple pending withdrawal requests may be processed as a single consolidated transfer at MG Lion's discretion.
• MG Lion reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the player's account balance if the amount is not claimed within 7 days for bank transfer methods.

5Gaming & Betting Rules

All games available on MG Lion use certified random number generators (RNGs) verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Provably fair games, including Aviator, use publicly documented cryptographic algorithms that players may verify independently after each round. MG Lion does not alter game outcomes after the start of any round.

• Bets placed in error — including incorrect amounts, selections, or timing — are the player's responsibility. MG Lion will not reverse settled bets on the basis of player error except in the specific circumstances described below.
• If a technical fault causes a game to malfunction during a round — for example, a connection drop during an Aviator session — the round outcome will be determined by the server-side recorded result. If no valid server result exists due to the malfunction, the round stake will be refunded to the player's account.
• Sports and cricket bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL fixtures, ICC for international matches). In the event of a postponement or cancellation, unsettled bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours.
• MG Lion reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or due to a system pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout per single bet or per game session is subject to limits set by MG Lion. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page. Where an accumulated win exceeds the stated maximum, only the maximum will be paid.
• MG Lion does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, provider issues, or technical reasons.

6Responsible Gaming

MG Lion takes responsible gaming seriously and has integrated practical tools directly into the player account panel. These tools exist to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We encourage all players — not only those who feel they have a problem — to review and use these features proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new limit activates.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders. When the reminder triggers, the player receives a notification. The platform does not automatically close the session — the player retains control.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may exclude themselves from MG Lion for a fixed period (1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion activates immediately. To reverse a temporary exclusion before its end date, the player must contact support and allow a mandatory 7-day reflection period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable pop-up notifications at set intervals showing time spent in the current session and net position.
• Gaming is intended for entertainment. Chasing losses, betting money needed for essential expenses, and playing under the influence of substances are all warning signs that gaming may be affecting you negatively. If this describes your situation, please use the self-exclusion tool or contact support.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MG Lion and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potentially legal action:

• Creating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a suspension, or act as a referral for yourself.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular human players.
• Collusion with other players to exploit game mechanics, betting markets, or promotional structures. This includes cooperative play in ways designed to guarantee outcomes or reduce house edge artificially.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, servers, or game logic.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any financial crime. MG Lion complies with anti-money laundering protocols and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point — during registration, verification, support interactions, or any other platform communication.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to use your account. Each account is for the sole personal use of the registered account holder.
• Any conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing towards MG Lion staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic or access restrictions placed on the platform.

8Limitation of Liability

MG Lion provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game at any time. System maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

• MG Lion is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform — including losses arising from technical faults, delayed payments, or game results.
• MG Lion's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.
• You play and bet at MG Lion at your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose money. MG Lion does not guarantee any outcome, and any historical results — published or otherwise — do not predict future performance.
• MG Lion is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your winnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on funds won on the platform.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the MG Lion platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of MG Lion or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any MG Lion platform content without prior written permission.
• Game content is licensed from third-party providers. All rights in that content remain with the respective providers.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to MG Lion may be used by us to improve the platform without any obligation to you.

10Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information when using MG Lion is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy is available at mglion.bio/privacy-policy.

In summary, MG Lion collects personal information necessary for account operation, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and — where you have consented — promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We retain data in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our data retention schedule as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

11Amendments to These Terms

MG Lion reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated T&Cs will be published at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. Where changes are material, MG Lion will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file.

Your continued use of the MG Lion platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between you and MG Lion arising from your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with MG Lion's support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution. MG Lion's decision on matters relating to these T&Cs is final and binding in all cases relating to bonus policy, game outcomes, account suspension, and payment processing, subject to the limitations of liability described in Section 8.
